Shipping policy

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are for items not currently in stock but expected to be available for at a later date. The estimated processing date and good faith arrival date will be shown on the product page. When you place a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped as soon as it reaches our warehouse. We'll email you when the item ships out.

Pre-Order Cancelations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once your item has shipped, the order is considered final and our standard return policy applies.

Returns After Delivery
If you'd like to return your item after receiving it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Order Processing Times (Excluding Pre-orders) 

Orders (NOT INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS) placed after noon EST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Missing Order

If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.

Free Shipping Restrictions

As of June 15th, 2025 we are only able to offer free shipping within the United States.

International Duties, Taxes & Refused Deliveries


International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

If you refuse a shipment due to these fees and the package is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or additional handling costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and in some cases, we may be unable to issue a refund if the return costs exceed the value of the item.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
