Egba Ake is a fashion and lifestyle brand. We create intentional pieces that connect African descendants to our sense of home, outside of our ancestral land.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free economy shipping on all U.S. orders above $150.00. As of June 15, 2025, free economy shipping is limited to domestic orders only, when selected at checkout.

Orders & Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders are for items not currently in stock but expected to be available soon. Estimated delivery timelines are listed on the product page. Your item will ship as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships. Once it ships, our standard return policy applies.
When will my pre-order ship?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Can I return a sale item?
No, all sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@egbaake.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our [Size Guide] on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us at info@egbaake.com — we're happy to help you choose the best fit.
As a small brand, we kindly ask that customers avoid ordering multiple sizes for try-ons. We strongly encourage checking the size guide or reaching out to us before purchasing. For a full refund, all returns must be approved, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, request a return for your original item, and once approved, you may place a new order for the correct size.
International Shipping
International Duties, Taxes & Refused Deliveries
International customers (customers outside of the USA) are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
If you refuse a shipment due to these fees and the package is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or additional handling costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and in some cases, we may be unable to issue a refund if the return costs exceed the value of the item.
