Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We carefully inspect all returned items. Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or tag removal will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without refund.
To start a return, email us at info@egbaake.com with your order number and reason for return, with clear photos. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded and may not be returned to the sender. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to respond to your return request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please email us within 3-5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review the case and cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if the return is received unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
