Preorders are made to order in Nigeria.

Each piece is produced with care, not rushed. Your preorder gives our team time to dye materials, weave fabric, inspect, sew, finish, and check quality before it reaches you.

Estimated ship date:

Preorders placed now and October 31st 2025 are estimated to ship November 2025. If anything changes, we will email an update.

How preorders work:

Place your order today. We begin production for your piece. When it is complete and passes inspection, we ship and send tracking.

Made to order lets us produce responsibly. It respects the craft of dyeing, weaving, and sewing. It reduces waste and keeps the focus on quality.

Our commitment to sustainability and care

Reduce waste

We make what is ordered. This limits overproduction and fabric waste. We plan yardage carefully and look for ways to use offcuts in trims, sampling, or small goods when possible.

Respect the process:

Natural dyeing, weaving, beading, and careful sewing need time. Our timeline protects the craft and the people doing the work. No rushed deadlines. No cutting corners.

Materials and finishing:

We choose durable fabrics and finishes so pieces last longer in your wardrobe. Longer life means fewer replacements and less waste.

People and place:

We work with artisans in Nigeria and pay fairly. We schedule work so teams can produce at a healthy pace. We choose partners who care for their workspace and environment.

Packaging:

We aim for recyclable and reusable packaging where possible. We keep it minimal so the focus stays on the garment.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. This secures your place in the production queue and reserves materials for your piece.

Shipping

Preorder items ship as soon as they are finished and pass quality checks. If your cart includes in-stock and preorder items, they may ship together or separately based on timing.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to update your size, address, or cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. We will do our best to help before your piece enters sewing. Once production begins, changes may be limited.

Communication
